Chad Hutchinson isn’t even close to being a sure thing, but if you are desperate for help at QB and you have a roster spot available, picking up Chad may not be the worst move you could make. Of course, he is entirely unproven, but we think he has all the tools to be successful at Dallas. Maybe it’s time to give up on lackluster QBs like Trent Dilfer or whoever will start for Carolina and take a chance on Hutchinson instead – if his skills can compensate for his inexperience, he could put up very solid numbers. If you do pick him up, leave him on the bench until he has proven he is worth starting, and dump him if he shows that he can’t handle the job…
