Vinny Testaverde will be healthy next week, but the Jets plan on starting
Chad Pennington nonetheless. Pennington is a youngster with something to prove. The Jets may not have the talent of the Rams but his situation is similar to Martin’s, particularly with regard to a talented WR corps. Give him a couple games to prove he’s worth starting and if the Jets get on track, he’ll become a nice second QB option for your team.
