Welcome to 4th and Goal, hosted by Michael Stephens and Nate Davis! What a wild and wacky week 15 that was? With Jerome Harrison running into the record books, a crazy shootout at Heinz field and numerous stars (cough, cough…Thomas Jones, Wes Welker and company!) you are a fortunate fantasy GM to still be alive in this season’s playoffs, that’s for sure! One week remains in most leagues, and it’s the most important week of all: championship week, the Shiva Bowl, or whatever you and your league-mates call it, is here and it’s time for one last battle for the title! Sadly, you’re going to have to do it without the witty advice of your favorite fantasy podcasters, as they’ve had to abandon the podcasting bunker (known also as Michael’s spare bedroom) this week. With both hosts out of town for Christmas before any relevant injury news or player updates have really surfaced, the podcast and its popular segments will be going on a one-week hiatus from the airways. We want to make sure you know that you can still reach us by e-mail, Tweet or private message though, and you are encouraged to send us any and all championship-related questions post haste and we’ll make sure to get back to you in time for your lineup decisions this week! So without further ado, have a safe and happy holiday, and (more importantly) take home that fantasy title for which you’ve worked so hard!
