Jamal Charles exploded on the fantasy scene last year, but now has to compete for carries with Thomas Jones. Dwayne Bowe, Chris Chambers, and Dexter McCluster round out the receiving threat on a team that will struggle to get to .500 in 2010.

Oakland Raiders
Could this be Oakland's year? Probably not, but their team looks much more promising with Jason Campbell at QB, Zach Miller at TE, and Nnamdi Asomugha commanding the defense.
