Which rookie to take??

Postby dblj9911 » Wed Aug 26, 2009 8:03 am

Coming up to my pick in the rookie draft of our dynasty league, this is the third and final round. Anyone have any ideas of these players? I'm leaning towards Scott. Top rookies left :
Josh Freeman - about 99.9% sure the guy before me is taking him, but may slide
Bernard Scott - heard great things about him in Cincy, could be a nice sleeper
Rams. Barden - is deep, deep down on the depth chart, long term project
Patrick Turner - not a ton of wr ahead of him, but not a huge passing game in Miami
Rashard Jennings- played in a small school, not sure if he is the backup or 2nd stringer in Jax
FA's left
Fasano - had a decent year last year
Earl Bennet - no other wr's in Chicago
Any Thoughts??

My Roster:
QB- Palmer, Eli, Orton, Hill
WR- Fitz, Colston, Calvin, C. Henry, S. Rice, Hixon, Bess
RB- AP, DWill, R. Brown, R. Bush, LJ, C. Taylor, M. Bush
TE- Dallas Clark, O.Daniels

I would go with Scott.

Could you please post your entire draft? Mine is coming up in a few days.

Depends on what you feel you need..

I think B.Scott is the best sleeper
I think E.Bennet could help you this year..
And I think Ramses Barden could end up the best WR out of the bunch there, but you'll need patience...

Help me out..

Freeman if you can, besides QB you are stacked everywhere. Next would be Scott, then one of the rookie WRs

This has to be a 8-man league ya?

I'd go Earl Bennett. He has the chemistry with cutler and has had a good preseason. I see him being Eddie Royal lite this year. Somewhere close to 1000 yards and 5tds

You have to go J. Morgan if he's there. If the Crabtree headache doesn't go away then Morgan will be the man. If you can't land him then I agree, E. Bennett is going to do some big things as a rookie with Cutler throwing to him. He should definitely be on your radar. But if your looking for RB, then go Jennings. Lot of potential there even with G. Jones on the roster as well.
