My J. Stewart/Burleson for His Boldin? WHIR!!

Postby tracyjesq » Wed Sep 02, 2009 1:27 pm

I am very thin at WR. The other guy is VERY thin at RB (Felix Jones, Pierre Thomas, and Fargas). Good trade? Or do you think I need to offer Grant to try to get a better WR?

Thanks for your help! WHIR!

thats a good trade for you simply because you still have MJD, Grant and Ronnie ahead of JStew. I would do that trade he they will also, i don't think its too little to be honest. What other WR does he have? Cuz you obviously know but i will reiterate, you need WR help bad haha. Morgan as your WR1 is terrible as hes AT BEST a WR3-WR4...

help me out...

wow........thats a steal.....2 things.....deangelo is SICK.....stewart is solid.......which means stewart isnt worth much.......also, boldin if healthy will outscore fitzgerald, its been proven over and over that when boldin is healthy and on the field he is warners favorite....i absolutely love boldin and i dont get why stewart who wont even get a full 50/50 split is drafted so high.

another thing.....dont sleep on ronnie brown he is a beast...ricky is done

I know, I know- in hindsight I probably should have taken a WR earlier but I just couldn't pass up some of the RBs that people were leaving on the table. The other guys also has Calvin Johnson, TO, Devin Hester, K. Curtis. Let me know your thoughts.

I got Stewart at 5.02 in a 16-team league so I didn't think that was early. If he won't do that trade, should I offer Grant or Brown for Boldin or is that giving up too much? How about Stewart for TO?

I think you guys are missing the point here.. I personally wont trade Boldin for J. Stewart/Burleson... you would have to add in a Ryan Gran and thats just being honest with you.

Supreme Sole - would you do a straight up Grant for Boldin? Keep in mind this guy is as bad (if not worse) at RB as I am at WR.

I doubt he'd do the first trade. U will have to offer grant or Ronnie for boldin which would be fair and would help both teams. Up to u which you like least of the two.

i have boldin and there's no way i would accept Stewart/Burleson... i mean, i have lots of depth at RB so this might change things, but I doubt it. It would require a solid starting RB or at least a rbbc + more solid receiver (like Housh, T.O., etc...). Even then, I would only slightly consider it. I think Boldin will outperform Fitz if he and Warner stay healthy all season.
