Randall Cobb or Kevin Ogletree?

Which receiver do you think is the better waiver wire pick?

I'm a homer for Cobb, especially in ppr.

They had designed plays for him out of the backfield. They want to get him the ball and he got 15 total touches. 9 catches, 9 targets, 6 pr/kr

^^ Just saying it wouldn't be surprising if he started to get carries or direct snaps too. I doubt he'll get to pass the ball any, but that is also an option with Cobb.
