Trade Advice: BGE for Ryan Matthews

I've got an offer to trade Ryan Matthews for BGE and I'm not completely sure about it. Matthews hasn't done much but has a lot more upside but BGE would be more consistent than my other options at RB right now...

I would stay put with Mathews. BJGE is more consistant because he is the designated starter but Mathews will get his yards once the offense is open to him (such as starting in place of Battle). The more upside between these two RB's is Mathews and you need that upside with the RB depth you have currently on your roster.
