Which defense to pick up this week?

My go to team has been Seattle, but I see a high scoring game vs NE. Should I stick with Seattle or pick up one of the following:

Minnesota @ WAS
St Louis @ MIA
Miami vs. STL
Tampa Bay vs. KC
Cincinnati @ CLE

I picked up Minn myself. Defense is playing better and the potential for a big return is there, and RG3 may be a little loopy still.

I like Miami this week. Rams lost their go-to reciever in Amendola, and if my memory serves me correct this happened last year with Amendola out and the rams passing attack went nowhere the rest of the season.
