I'd definitely start Julio Jones over Reggie Wayne, I don't think it's particularly close. I might even start Burleson over Wayne too to be honest. But other then Jones over Wayne, I wouldn't change anything.
Wayne is playing vs a tough matchup, and he's only had two decent game all year. Jones should have had 16+ points last week, he just missed the end zone twice. Burleson is vs the Vikings, bottom 3 vs the pass. Jones is vs carolina, who's actually reasonable against the pass, but that's probably a byproduct of how bad they are vs the run, and teams exploit that and run a lot more then usual vs them. Jones has huge upside, and I don't see him getting less than 5 or 6, Wayne only has two games all season where he scored more than 6.
