I think that they both would be decent plays but I would have to choose Brown over Williams just because I believe he is more of a sure bet than Williams is.

I Would play the rb in non-Ppr. Thursday night games tend to be ball control, few turnovers. That should mean a decent game for Williams. Brown scores few tds. So, non Ppr, I like Williams.

I think I'd go Brown on this one. As much as I like the opportunity Williams has, I wasn't impressed enough last week to take the chance on him.
