been going with e.manning all year and even though he has been winning, he has only out up monster numbers like 2 times this year. im thinking its time for a change. should i pick up a QB off the wire? like fitzpatrick, tannehill, wilson, or even palmer
Same issue in my league, i picked up Palmer yesterday. Im still going with Eli this week because i think he will have a bounceback game. The good thing about picking up Palmer is that their run game is gone so they will be chucking it constantly and he plays the Saints next week when Eli is on bye. If you are going with a dark horse pick up Locker, he could have a good second half of the season
yeah i picked up palmer last week too and he blew up but it was against the bucs. dont know if he will have that kind of luck against the ravens. i have eli in another league and he is seriously killing me every week but ill look into it a little more. thanks
Sit Carson this week, Eli will have a good game against a pretty shoddy Bengals pass defense. Next week you start Carson with confidence against the saints giving up 2,000 yards a game and then you play matchups from there. Thats my plan at least and im really happy with it
well i picked him up in my yahoo league because brady had a bye. in my nfl league i dont have a back up for manning and palmer isnt a FA anymore. but fitzpatrick is and he is playing NE who has a horrible secondary and i have stevie johnson. should i pick him up for that combo or still ride eli?
I'd go with Ryan Fitzpatrick. I feel he's going to torch pats D this week while playing catchup. I am also an owner of Steve Johnson and feeling good about him!

I would still run with Eli, Fitzpatrick is primed for a decent game but he wont blow up like palmer did last week. Im thinking 320 yards and 2 TD's with a pick or two. and i always try to hedge my bets with those WR/QB combos especially one as inconsistent as Fitz/Stevie. Lots of targets, but lots of mistakes. Patriots will score a lot and they do a great job of clock management even when they throw those 4 yard slants.

Good advice. Another thing to remember is that the Bills are focusing more on their running game since they have 2 great RBs, limits their passing game a bit. Granted Spiller does a lot of damage in the receiving game but I just dont like starting Bills haha
yeah i agree. im still hesitant about starting johnson because he went down last week. ill stick it out with eli and see what he can do. thanks for all the help!!
