For WR I would do Johnson and Shorts.

Shorts has been on fire recently, I would bench Nelson due to the fact that Rodgers has too many weapons, and has been somewhat inconsistent this year. Packers are trying to become a running team, which takes away a lot of the passing highlights that we were all used to from GB.
