help with fantasy superbowl, WHIR!

I have 2 leagues, and got into the superbowl in both. I need some lineup help. both leagues are 10-team, non-ppr.

First league:
I am debating between Ridley @ Jac and Leshoure vs Atl for a Flex spot. Ridley should be the guy, but you never know Bill Belichick in terms of the use of RBs and besides Ridley lost a fumble again last week. While Leshoure seems to have lost a significant amount of touches to Bell.

And for a WR spot, it's a mess, I have
Jeremy Maclin vs Wsh
Mike Williams vs Stl
Denarius Moore @ Car
Antonio Brown vs Cin, and I need just one.

Second League: I need to choose from Pierre Garcon @ Phi and Danny Amendola @ TB. And also for Defense, should I start Colts @ KC or Redskins @ Phi?

Go with Ridley he should resume his normal duties, Leshoure is td dependent.
At wr I like Maclin he's developed a chemistry with Foles and has a solid matchup this week.

For your 2nd league I like Garcon he's red hot and the eagles secondary is trash. I would go with the colts D the chiefs are absolutely terrible they got shutout by oakland.

Ridley should definitely get a chance to bounce back against an awful run d so I'd pick him. I'd take Maclin over that group, only Brown has big play capability and he's playing a tough d.

Second league, take Amendola and a Colts d that is gonna play tough.
