Who exactly does Irsay think is going to replace Bill Polian?

Polian's resume speaks for itself and I am sure he will be hired by someone else before anyone reads or maybe even replies to this.

So what do Colts fans think?

And do you Colts fans think Andrew Luck is really THAT good to talk about him taking Peyton's place behind center for the Colts? Ironic my sig and team name say it all I guess.
I know a lot of this has to do with Peyton's health as well.Irsay must know something we don't but evidently he doesn't know what an idiot he is.
