wat does everyone think about him? is he a solid fantasy option?? With all the moves san diego made before the trade deadline and lossing Caldwell what is his value now??

Definitely worth a number 2 spot.

He may have lost Caldwell, but he got Shaw and McCardell. And his main option, Gates, is still around, and the acquisition of the new vets should probably help Gates's numbers, and of course Brees's numbers.

If he's on the WW, pick him up. Don't know about trade value though.

I like Drew Brees a lot the rest of the way. He has handled the specter of Rivers waiting over his shoulder very well. LT2 running the ball and Gates catching everything in sight bodes well for Brees' production. I'm pulling for him.
