McNair was dropped today by someone in my 12 team league (and the guy picked up Garcia instead as a back-up to Warner who is this guys starting QB)...I know McNair hasn't played great this year, but am I missing something here? He was co-MVP last year!
I don't really need him (please check out my roster below), but I couldn't resist picking him up in hopes that he returns to last years form (might be good for a trade)...was this the right move? I dropped Rattay to pick him up.
Hmmm... I seem to remember people saying this about McNabb at this point last season (2 TDs, 5 INTs, 132 YPG).
So far for McNair (4 TDs, 6 INTs, 181 YPG).
McNabb wasn't "done", and neither is McNair. He has way better recievers around him than McNabb did last year. I expect him to pick it up, as McNabb did last year, but to post better numbers for the year than Donovan's numbers of last.
Anyhow, to say McNair is "done", is a ridiculous statement.

I would drop Bledsoe instead of Rattay. Bledsoe is terrible these days. With Rattay, you get a few good games because they have to pass so much since they are always losing. Even when Bledsoe has to pass, he doesn't do much.
He was dropped a couple of weeks ago in my 10 team 2 starting QB league. Even with Hass and Pennington, I was all over him with my #1 waiver priority. I've dealt Hasselbeck since...

And upon further review, just as sappy, too."

I'm not surprised to see this at all, McNair has been a severe dissapointment to many fantasy squads. I'm not sure he can pick himself up, but I suppose its worth a shot, I am always one to give proven players an extra chance.
