McNabb is #2 Overall Pick?

McNabb goes second overall in a ten team 3-year keeper league.

In our league, we start qb, wr, wr, wr, rb, rb, te, k, def.
And scoring is same as sportsline (1 pt per 10 yards rushing/receiving and 1 pt per 25 yards passing) but we also get 1 point per reception.

I would think with that setup, a good versatile rb would go #2 overall, but McNabb. I mean he is good, but come on, the owner must be sick or something?

mcnabb will be good, no doubt....but unless the scoring sytem warrants an elite QB as an early choice, i'd stick with the RBs...

Is that your whole scoring system? Do you get points for TDs? Right off the bat I'd have to say that 1 pt per reception is a bit heavy. If that's your only scoring I'd say pick a WR early.

WR- 10 catches for 100 yards = 20 pts
RB - 20 carries for 100 yards = 10 pts

Yes, I know some RBs get points for receptions but it won't even out. Plus you start 3 WRs? WR is the most abundant position in FF. Are you sure you want to float all the points to them?

As far as McNabb goes... He's a stud, trade down and pick him late in the first.

I hate the person who has the 10 and 11th pick in my league. He will likely snag harrison and owens. grrr.

that's like 3200 recieving yards, 25 tds, and 140+ receptions. Plus, neither wr fumbles.
