This is the one I wanna use, but I have no idea if there's a way to downsize:

This one would be good too but it's way too big:

Any response would be appreciated. ;-D

You could try microsoft gif animator. It will allow you to break the gif down into individual pics and then you have to downsize them all individually and equally. From there you would have to re-animate them thru the same program.

It will be a long and drawn out process but the program is pretty simple to use, give it a try...remember,the more pics used in the gif the bigger it's size(kb) meaning it will be hard to get decent quality or longer animations.

That's the only way I know to do it,there may be another, easier way,not sure...

I just looked over the program and it looks like there may be a way to downsize the gif without first taking it apart.

It's the same using Adobe ImageReady.I'm still trying to find a more simpler way.

Nope you guys are right. There's really not a more simple way to do it. you either pull it apart pic by pic and shrink each one or you delete frames (pics) altogether.

There are some apps that can do it with just a click, but they are higher end animations apps. My best suggestion would be to see if there are multiple pics of the same frame. If so delete all the multiples.
