A team in my league just released trent dilfer from their squad for brad johnson. Is Dilfer worth a chance over shane matthews?

Dilfer has proves he can win games.He has proved he can take a team to the Super Bowl.Just don't expect that again.But instead,expect high passing yards,lots of TD's,lots of INT's,and no Super Bowl.He's a solid pickup off the waiver wire for maybe a #2,but is more of a #3 backup for your fantasy team.
