Solid WR back-up's - but who to play???

Tim Brown and Isaac Bruce are my usual starters, but Brown is on a bye this week - so who should I start in his place - J. Thrash, D. White, K. Dyson, D. Thompson, or I. Hilliard?

Also who gets the nod at RB - J. Stewart, M. Anderson, or M. Alstott (bye week woes)...Thanks!

For A wr I would choose Thrash. He looked very impressive last week!

For a RB I would choose Alsott.
