IMO your league heavily favors receiving RBs and running QBs. I would take RBs with your first 3 picks (unless a running QB is still available in which my 2nd or 3rd pick may be one of these.)
With 10 teams in your draft, if you can't get a good running QB (ie. McNabb or Vick) don't waste an early pick on a QB. There will be plenty of talent in rounds 4-6. Same with WRs. If you don't get the top few, there are many middle-tier WRs of equal value that will slip to the middle to later rounds. There will also be surprise breakout WRs that may have gone undrafted which you can waiver for.
With scoring like your's for DEF/ST, (which is much like one of my league's) don't underestimate the value of a good DEF/ST. Tampa and Carolina will give you big points to equal many a middle level WR or RB. Some may disagree with me, but my league scoring from last year will prove me right. In the top 20 of ALL scorers last year 4 were DEF/ST! Don't let one of these two slip by you.
(Overall position from last year with similar scoring in my league)
10. Eagles, Philadelphia DEF 243
12. Buccaneers, Tampa Bay DEF 240
17. Packers, Green Bay DEF 231
19. Raiders, Oakland DEF 228
Kickers and TE should be no problem.
Good Luck,
