Daunte Culepper started off great for my team. Lately not so great. Based on how my scoring system is
Passing Td-6
25Passsing yards-1
INT- -2
so yeah. His season high is 52 ;-D but like since then its been 13 n 12 Wuts up with him? Not thinking of dropping him just wondering if he'll go back to being his normal old touchdown passing self.

One word, Moss.

Anybody who thought Daunte was the MVP of the league better be thinkin differently now. Moss is the MVP of our team, not Culpepper. In history, Moss has made every QB he's palyed with better. Without Moss Culpepper just isn't as good. Considering Moss is prolly gonna sit out the next two weeks, if you have a really good backup I wouldn't put out the thought of benching him. Playin Indy this week though isn't bad at all.

Well thanx for stating the obvious. Randy Moss could make Kyle Boller better if he wanted too. ;-7 but seriously. Culepper is good and no doubt hes not as good. But he is still a top 10 QB

Without Moss these are my rankings

Manning
McNabb
Brees (who would have ever expected that)
Plummer
Favre
Bulger
Carr
Brooks
C-pepp

So depending on who your backups are I would look at playing matchups.

I understand that losing moss is a great blow to c pep's value. But isn't this the same guy that everyone was saying was going to have the greatest season for a qb ever about two weeks ago. Now people are ranking him behind plummer and carr? :-?

ahem.

Actually, I rank him top 5... not top 3.

Anyways, C Pepp shouldn't be that low. He's above Carr, Brooks, and (dare I say it?) Plummer.

Hmmm... Brilliant!
A quarterback isn't as good as when he has his best reciever...
How good would these be without these.
--------------------McNabb--- Owens (remember last year)
--------------------Manning--- Harrison
--------------------Favre------ Javon Walker
--------------------Bulger----- Holt
And as far as the rest:
Breeze: decent, but who doesn't have a good game against the raiders.
Brooks: See above
Plummer: Please, playing catch up doesn't put you in the next level, especially when he throws to other team.
Carr: Actually not bad. I would match him with Pennington, Leftwich, and Vick. Flashes of greatness, but still raw.

8-o That list is just plain wrong IMO. I have Brooks and I would much rather have a Moss-less C. Pepp any day (over a few of the other QB's listed as well).

errr...

let's see.

moss draws double coverage and still beats it. Now let's see:

that opens up the run game (see numbers on Moore the last couple of weeks).

that allows robinson, buerlson etc. to enjoy single coverage and become very nice targets for cpepp.

moss on the field keeps the minnesota offense on the field, which lets the defence REST which allows it to be more effective.

moss makes that team. culpepper is good, but without a decent target he becomes just another scrambling QB.
