Anyone made the playoff after starting 1-7?

Thankfully, I can't answer that because I've never had a 1-7 start .

Couple years ago I took a fantasy baseball team from 14th place in a 16-team league in mid-June to the playoffs. But sweeping 8 straight in football is a serious longshot.

started out 2-6 last year to make the playoffs in a 10 team league. Had a good team, just bad luck. Went on a tear to win 6 in a row.

1-7 is tougher but there may be a glimmer of hope, esp if you are 3rd in points which means you have a pretty good team.

The thing I always keep tabs on: games behind that last & final playoff spot.
