Defensive scoring help

Hello guys,
I run a league and want to incorporate "total yards against" into my defensive team stats. Any advice on how i should base my points? If anyone has this already in their league please post your scoring system for it. Thanks again!!!!

i dont usually use this but i know nfl.com does... anyone in one of their leagues?
