Moss has a tear in MRI

Postby citti34 » Fri Nov 05, 2004 11:07 am

This has probably been posted, but I wish he would have gone to get an MRI a little sooner, like before I traded Harrison. Well, I guess that would have been impossible BC the trade went through the day he got hurt, but damn. I went from the best WR core to the worst.

Big news here.

Any word on how long he'll be out?

ROTO: Randy Moss underwent an MRI on his injured right hamstring. Moss has a slight tear in the hamstring, which likely will keep him below full speed for three to four more weeks. We'll let you know if the MRI reveals anything more.

I wouldn't say his value will go down. Why would he specifically get double teamed? I picked up Campbell , hopefull he will do something in that O, I hope last week wasn't a new Minn trend.

I think MRob is good enough to still put up numbers without Moss, cause now he's gonna get twice as many balls thrown his way. I would expect Robinson to be a consistant reciever while moss is out. the vikes still have a strong running game, a couple capable recievers in mrob, burleson and even Campbell. they'll be alright.

With a mild tear in the hamstring - anyone know other players (Wr) who have had similar injuries and what the course of their recovery was?

Would you trade for Moss now knowing that he might not be of help to you till week 11-13? So essentially he might not be good until the FF Playoffs (usually week 14).
