MOSS WATCH
An MRI on wide receiver Randy Moss’ right hamstring Thursday confirmed a partial tear, matching head athletic trainer Chuck Barta’s original diagnosis.
The test revealed a small “cavity” in one of three hamstring muscles in Moss’ right leg, Tice said. The injury, suffered Oct. 17 at New Orleans, will keep the five-time Pro Bowler below full speed for three to four more weeks.
Moss remained questionable on Friday’s injury report, although all indications continued to be that he will miss the first game of his career.
