Any predictions on Byron Leftwich and Carson Palmer

Carson is not worth a look until either Kitna or Matthews is injured. Or unless a miracle happens. Leftwich the same although he might get some action as compared to Carson who might get none. I wouldn't draft either of the two, so i think you should wait and see and maybe pick them up if something were to happen.

I would say neither are worth it. Palmer is #3 in the depth chart so unless they both get hurt. Which is doubtful, but it could happen. Remember the Eagles last year? And Leftwich only has a slightly higher chance than Palmer because he's backup. He might see some action because Brunell has had his problems as of late though.

i don't see either being worth anything fantasy wise this season. both are good keeper prospects for the future...though i am not sure that being solid nfl players will turn them into fantasy studs.

if you are in a keeper league, wait until someone cuts them midseason for the roster space and then pick them up. then, when it looks like they will be the starter next season, deal them for a more proven player.

If you own Brunell there might be some value in drafting Leftwich.

In a rookie draft I would choose Leftwich over Palmer both have the skills to become great however one is a Bengal and I'm not sure that Marv Lewis is the answer. They have the same owner don't they?
