Should i go with martin vs. dolphins or henry vs broncos-please help

Neither make a good play against those stout Ds... Martin couldn't run because the Jets were playing catchup last week. If I had to pick this week, it'd be Martin, but not by much, Denver is stuffing the run big-time.
