News: According to reports, Roy Williams (ankle) practiced on Friday and is expected to start in Week 9.

Analysis: Barring setbacks, it appears safe to start the rookie wide receiver.

Looks like he's a go. ;-D

Word I heard was he had his best practice Friday since injuring his ankle, and finished practice strong, too. How well he'll do against the Skins D, well we'll see.
