where it says "return Touchdowns" is that on Punts AND Kickoffs?

shouldnt that TD go to whoever the player is that returned it... ie Tim Brown etc...

Yep-Punt Returns and Kick returns'

they count the points for the special teams for the D

very rarely ill a league make it count for the player

there is a seperate listing for that in the RB/WR stats. it all depends on how the commish set up the league...sometimes they go to the ind, sometimes the def/st, and sometimes both....
