Please help me with this trade!

I'm trying to trade for T. Owens and E. George. I have been offered these 2 and D. Staley for Tomlinson, Rice, and Bettis.

Do you think Tomlinson will run into trouble with a tough schedule and is Bettis worth holding onto. What do you guys think, should I make the trade or make a counter offer. I also have M. Booker, should I try and trade him while his value is high, or will he continue to play really well??
