BRANCH!?!?

What do you guys think??? will branch come back? and if so will he even have an impact?

I think that if a player is out for 8 weeks with a "knee injury" even if he did come back at this point he would not have a big impact as an 8 week knee injury is pretty serious already...

what do ya think? should i drop him??? pick up Az-Hakim?

to this point i have no idea why someone would still be holding on to branch. someone in my work league actually started him. In week 2 against he cardinals in the first half. after the game they say "he could have played the second half if he really needed too, but it wasn't necessary". Then he sits for weeks and doesn't even go with the team? If he didn't even travel with the team this week, my personal opinion is that he is far from playing. in the chance that he does come back, he won't be worth much. drop him and move on

<this message was recorded 3 weeks ago>

seriously, Branch didn't even accompany the team to StL this week. why do you want him on your team?

He wasn' anything spectacular anyways. Don't let him waste your roster spot.

I disagree with the first half of this statement somewhat. He was going to produce Givens type numbers , which is a very good #2. That being said, drop him now. He may only play a few weeks if any at this point. I traded Fitz. the week after he got his first TD straight up for Givens, and maybe you can do something similar.

Well, Brady hits numerous WRs and Branch isn't a super star that needs to be satisfied.

Just read an article on PFS and their insiders are reporting that he could practice all week this week and be ready for Sunday. They are suggesting that it may be time to pick him up.

I think it'd be kinda pointless to drop him now. You've already held onto him for this long so why not wait... you never know - he could be picked up and do good and you'd be sorry you dropped him. I don't think you need to go rush and pick up Az Hakim any time soon, so I'd just hold onto him for now.

I agree with Kanez - unless you are in dire need of a roster spot, keep him. I doubt Az Hakim would do much more than take up a spot on your bench and even with the injury I think Branch's upside is better.
