Plummer just suits Denver's style of play, on the broncos he doesnt have to "do everything himself". With Portis last year and now Droughns this year he complements thier play. When they establish the run it allows Plummer to play action and bootleg which he does best at and with Lelie jumping up and down Plummer has found some mix and matching and basically he will always hit him with a deep TD every game. All Denver needs is the defence to start getting more turnovers and they will be the complete package. the scary thing is from now they can only get better and once trevor pryce and lynch come back they will be a better all round team, yet they still are atm.
