Johnson is absolutely still a stud receiver. He will be playing couple of weaker defenses during the latter of the season. I think you'll see big numbers.

Although I consider him a stud and a must start you do have a point after his amazing 170 yards and 2 tds in week 5 his numbers have decreased.

Remember when Steve Smith got hurt? I was using a Smith sig.

Remember when Portis was doing nothing? I was using a Portis sig. The week after I changed to the AJ sig (week 6 I believe), Portis had a huge game and is still doing well.

It's just a matter of time before he gets better, but it might not be until I have another sig change. I think I'll be changing it pretty soon...I really don't know which player or what will be next though.

Andre Johnson is not what I consider a "stud" WR, but he's near the top of the best of the rest. A lot of people look past the fact that Andre is still just a second year WR and that he has a lot to learn in the NFL. His natural ability is obviously up there with the top WRs in the league, but he relies heavily on the deep ball to put up his numbers. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it does lead to some inconsistency.

I put him in the lower half of my top ten WRs for this year. Pretty good #1 WR, except when you need him to put up 8 or 9 points and he only makes 3 or 4 catches.

I agree with Kensat. He's not a guy that can be relied on for ten points every week, but he's as likely to get 30 as any WR. He's a must start against lesser defenses, but you could make a case for sitting him when he has to deal with a lockdown corner or better defense, especially if you have some other good options .
