Okay don't laugh... I know he has looked nothing short of a turd but since the return of Boldin they have faced two extremely tough pass D's in Buffalo and Miami on the road.

With Boldin seemingly back to game form (3 weeks of practice) and a really easy schedule upcoming I believe he is about to make some noise.

Worth or waste of a roster spot considering all the injuries to QB's? I am currently the proud owner of 3 broken ones (McNair, Leftwich, Rattay)

Definitely worth it.

Fitzgerald is gonna stretch the field and Emmit will keep the linebackers honest. This will create numerous seams for Anquan Boldin to exploit, and the result will be a prolific offense.

The three-headed combo of Fitz taking the deep balls, Emmit providing a decent running game, and Boldin being a beast on the intermediate routes will be too much for average D's to stop. McCown will be the direct beneficiary.

Before Boldin got hurt, McCown was the year's biggest sleeper. Now that Boldin has returned and Fitzgerald is comfortable in that offense, you will see Dennis Green's team make a strong 2nd half push. Green is one of the top 5 coaches in the game today and he will prove it in the second half of the season.

i have the exact same QB's, we start 2 in our league, and i am going to start McCown for sure this week. Is McNair healthy yet?

Yeah he is going to practice this week. I'm gunshy with him as I cant afford a 1 hit and leave the game scenario.

Rattay is going to play through injuries as he cancelled a medical exam. Not sure about him either, even though the panther defense is bad they give up hardly any passing TD's, 4 all season

In my league, the Pennington owner picked up McCown this week.

When only desperate teams are picking up McCown, that doesn't speak real highly of him.

I'll just keep refering to him as Josh McClown until he can take a team to the playoffs. (it could happen someday)

Rattay is a top-10 QB when he plays, no need for you to pickup McCown.
