he fumbled the snap on the first play of the game, but sportsline hasn't given him minus points for it. will they?

I think you lose points for fumbles lost, not fumbles.

It didn't look like he had posession to me. Not sure if they will score it a fumble on CPep or not.

I agree, nfl.com has Birk charged with a fumble and McKinnie has a fumble recovery. Daunte was pulling away when Birk snapped it.
