No way! Wait at least a week. Word is he will split with Smith, and his yard per carry is still higher. They will keep Moore and trade the others next yr, so willprobably play him alot.

I fell asleep before the end of the first quarter, but seems to me that 80 yards and a score against the Colts Defence isn't the performance of the season.

If there's someone guaranteed of playing time, drop him. But I think he's a wait-and-see guy in deep leagues.

A long winded "I Concur" with many of the previous posters.

MeWelde is truely the best back of the three in Minnesota. He has the quickness of Bennet but no quite the speed. I is an awesome receiver out of the back field like Moe and much better than either Smith or Bennet. He doesnt have the power running ability of Smith but he is much better at reading his blocks and getting through the holes. Accordingly, I think you will see MeWelde resurface as the starter once he is completely healthy. And if he doenst emerge as the clear starter, Minnesota will be the dredded RBC with Moe, Bennett, Smith and Moore.

Hang on to him for another week and see what transpires in the upcoming GB game.

personally, i thought that ontarrio looked the best out of all the backs. and, as was previously stated, tice does have a hard on for smith. not too sure why he didn't get any carries in the 2nd and 3rd quarters but he definitely looked better than bennett. i say smith is the one that stays.

Smith reminded me of M. Pittman a few years back. He out ran his blocks and at time triped over himself. He is a good back in that system, I'm just not sold 100% on him. Bennett to me is the odd man out and we'll see what happens when Moore comes back next week.

My prediction is a RBBC.

who, Michael? Yeah, I'm getting tired of his movies... we should cut him. Mewelde too... with Ontario back, he should be getting even fewer touches.
