Will Heap ever play?

Any one in the Baltimore area hear any news on when Heap will return? Each week he shows some improvement only to sit out and not play. I am considering dropping him. I need the spot for another player to fill in for one that's on bye this week. I know he is a "stud" TE but he isn't doing me any good sitting on the bench.
