very important ruling needed in fantasy scoring

with the patriots kicker throwing for a td the other day, do you guys consider that a td for the patriots d/st, or just a td for the kicker?? this ruling affects two teams between winning and losing. thanks

technically, the special teams squad wasn't on the field- the offense was. Granted, there were some positions being played by players who don't usually play that position, but that was just some tricky substitutions

I would consider the "Special Teams" points to only be awarded by Punt Returners (but not Punting Squad if they throw a TD), and both sides of the Kickoff. V's FG is awarded only to him.

It does NOT go to the special teams. If you gave them that TD, you would also have to give them extra points and FGs, as that is the same unit on the field in those cases.
