How do I ok a trade as commissioner in Yahoo?

There are a couple guys in my league who say they have agreed to a trade and all I need to do is accept it as commissioner and it goes through. However, I can't remember where this tool is.

Hope you didn't set it up for "League Votes". I did that in baseball, thinking I could push through any trades any way. Didn't work that way AND I couldn't change the settings from "League Votes" to "Commissioner". Sucked.

So, I guess I don't know.....But I'd think it must be in "Commisioner Tools" "Team Management".
