Packers’ starting wide receivers Donald Driver and Robert Ferguson are still sidelined by minor injuries. Driver is nursing a strained hamstring and Ferguson is hobbled by a bruised tailbone suffered last Thursday. Neither player practiced Wednesday, though Driver was excused anyways to be with his wife for the birth of their first child.

Javon Walker has to be loving the opportunity to showcase his skills with the first team, however the heat got the best of him on Tuesday and he had to stop practicing for the day after vomiting on the sidelines. We thought Ferguson would be back by now, so Walker may have more chances to close the gap for the second receiver job.
