how much is photoshop and how hard is it to master?

I use Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8. Only because I got it for free.

you can download a trial of it on the internet...I forget the site but just search for it on Google

I use Photoshop 7(of course I got with my computer) You could buy it for probably $50 or download a free trial at http://www.download.com . The best programs I know of that you could use to make sigs with are Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop.You could also use regular Paint, I wouldn't recommend it but others have used it to make sigs in the past(*cough*Kanez*cough :-b
