Need Trade Advice: Brady & Jackson for Harrison & St

I'm in dire need of a legit QB. My 2 QBs are Trent Dilfer and Kordell Stewart. My WRs are Marvin Harrison, Kevin Johnson, and Joey Galloway.
In a trade, I was offered Tom Brady & Darrell Jackson for Kordell Stewart & Marvin Harrison from me.
Is Tom Brady worth the downgrade in WR? What do you think about this trade?

Sounds like a fair trade, but Brady has been hot recently, and Stewart, well he's Stewart, or is he Slash? You never know with this guy but he should be a solid QB and Harrison is a real stud at WR.

I don't like Brady that much so I wouldn't make the trade but it's not a ripoff

seems like a really fair trade, but i can't say either team is gaining a decisive advantage. However, I think D. Jackson is underrated if that helps any.

well, do you believe if the trade was more fair if I asked for Joe Horn instead of Darrel Jackson, since I believe Joe Horn is a small downgrade from Marvin Harrison compared to a Darrell Jackson downgrade from Marvin Harrison

Am I jumping the gun? Should I wait a few more weeks to see how Kordell Stewart does?
