Is the Cincy Defense a legitimate option?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum guys, but I'm not sure where this goes.

I play in IDP leagues, so I'm not to up to date on how my beloved Bungholes are doing with thier fantasy scoreing on defense.

Do all the interceptions they get off set all the rushing yards they usually give up and thier bottom of the NFL overall team D? How are they used in leagues that use team D instead of individual players?

they did well today (as expected) since they played a REALLY bad Washington offense...especially with Brunell behind center...the main downfall of the Cinci D is that they allow ALOT of rushing yds (one of the worst run D's in the NFL). They're a good D...if they play weak offenses.

The good news is that rushing yards don't count against you in most leagues. They led the league in takeaways coming into this week I believe, and I started them in both my leagues this week and enjoyed it. Call me a homer though if you want.
