Yes, I can't link sources because I'm at work. But for a quick answer, yes he will be playing according to yahoo fantasy football sources.

Nov 14 Eagles head coach Andy Reid told the team's official web site that kicker David Akers (hip) and tight end L.J. Smith (hamstring) would be able to play on Monday night. Both missed practice during the week, but Reid felt positive after Saturday's session. "He did well today. He felt good, it loosened up on him and he practiced well," Reid said of Smith.
