I doubt any ROOKIE QB is worth starting, unless you are desperate or in a very large league.

In my 16 team league, BIG BEN has outscored Chad Pennington, Steve McNair, Drew Bledsoe, Kurt Warner, Mark Brunell and Kyle Boller. Pennington and McNair were drafted in rounds 3 and 4. BIG BEN is definitely worth starting in my league. You never know when he is going to "go off". I predict big numbers for Ben from here on out.

I wouldn't trust Manning to do much this year... Big Ben has had a great year running the offense but he isn't putting up great FF numbers. Add to to the fact that he had the benefit of coming into a system with legit stud receivers, a run first coach and an O-Line that won't get him killed.

I think Manning will have a couple of sparks of brilliance but for the most part he's going to be looking to get rid of it quick and try to survive. Green and Lefty are way more valuable, imo, for a playoff run.

Eli Manning has a lot of growing pains to go through before he is a good fantasy football QB. Look at the numbers Kurt Warner was putting up. Not too stellar were they? Well, you can expect Eli Manning to put up lower numbers than that.

I wouldn't list Eli Manning in the top 20 QBs in the league.......yet.

All he is is a great keeper if you're in a keeper league. Other than that, he should be on your bench.

personally, there is no way i would want him starting on my team, until i see about 3 solid games from him...and by that time it will be into the playoffs. he should have a hard time against atlanta...i see him getting rattled. he is still on the WW in my 10 man league, and i expect he will stay there...if you are in a 12+ league, yeah, sure id pick him up....for backup only
