MTV outbids ABC for future MNF contract...

I know there is a post for this every monday night, but when is ABC going to realize how horrible they look with this "Sacked" crap? I'd prefer Dennis Miller.

I'd almost like to see the "Monday Night Idol" or whatever they called it when players were rapping and playing guitar/drums etc at the half. Anything is better than this "sacked" garbage.

The next thing we're going to see is the "Half-time Apprentice." Each Monday at half-time, there will be a dramatic boardroom meeting where all the NFL head coaches meet Donald Trump. Here's what last week's show would have looked like.

The Donald: Dave, what happened?

The Wanny: What can I say? We played a great game but Arizona is just too tough.

The Donald: I hate a coach in denial...You brought in a flaky pothead that cost your team a ton of picks. You failed to give him a good O-line. You can't fix your QB problems. I've seen you run the Chicago Bears into the ground and you've managed to do the same thing with the Dolphins. Dave...(dramatic pause), you're fired!


Now that is something I would tune into each Monday.

I think "Sacked" is funny because it makes MNF look ridicolously cheesy and desparate.
