I'm not so sure about that. I think I'd give it a little time before Eli starts to air it out for big plays. I'd assume he'd go to Shockey and Barber vs. the Falcons this week.

Also, you can't really tell who Eli will click with. Roethlisberger found the connection with Plax, so we'll just have to see who Eli starts throwing to.

I think there's a distinct possibility. Maybe Manning can run around a bit more than Warner and buy some time to get it down field. I know little of Eli other than he is Payton's brother. In any event, I doubt Toomer's status could go down much more.

Ain't that the truth. Between Toomer & Stallworth, my wideout drafting bit the big one this year.

I think that it's quite likely that Toomer's value could rise (assuming Eli survives his first game), but I'd be hesitant to play Amani this week unless my options were severely limited at WR.
