The reasons I have Tiki above SA are 1. Tiki has out-performed SA by a significant margin THIS YEAR and 2. Tiki will definitely be a Giant next year. SA? Who knows? I do take into account positional scarcity, but my league starts 2 QBs and 4 WRs to even out positional scarcity, so that probably affects my rankings somewhat. In 1 QB, 3 WR leagues, I would have more RBs ranked higher.

Why didn't you put this disclaimer in your original post? You made it sound like your list was for standard scoring and rosters.
Also, 2 QBs and 4 WRs does not even out positional scarcity.
Also, Tiki has outperformed SA by a significant margin? Are you serious? Only in pt per reception leagues. In most leagues, Tiki may be edging out Alexander. In TD heavy leagues, SA is winning. It all depends on your scoring. Don't use your league as the end-all-be-all. There are MANY different scoring systems out there.

In my league, RBs look like this:
141 P Holmes
130 S Alexander
124 T Barber
109 C Martin
92 A Green
78 E James (it's pretty smooth after that).
Granted though, I attribute it to scoring system. We give 6 per TD and 1 per 10 yards over 50 -- seperate for rushing and receiving. That means those games where Tiki gets 75 rushing and 75 receiving net him 4 points, while SA's 150 on the ground get 10.
Which makes Barber's point total even more impressive in retrospect.
BH, you claim you "don't have time" to contribute anything worthwhile to the post, but you seem to have plenty of time to point out any perceived flaw in any post on this entire forum.
Even in standard leagues, given what we know now, I would keep most or all of the players I had listed above SA before I'd keep him since we don't even know if he'll be a Seahawk next year. How well do you think he'd do in another system? Top-10 RB? Probably. Top-10 overall? Maybe, maybe not.
I don't claim my rankings are perfect. They were just an initial ranking and I'll probably switch them up a bit. I was hoping others would give their own rankings as opposed to simply criticizing mine. The reason for discussing this now instead of after the season is that the trade deadline is coming up in many leagues. What part of "trade deadline" don't you understand?
Here's what my list would look like -- we only keep 1 player each, so my list can be short, I'll go 20. Nobody after this would be kept in all likelihood. *s indicate who would get kept if my league used my list here:
1. Priest Holmes*
2. Shaun Alexander*
3. Ladanian Tomlinson*
4. Ahman Green*
5. Daunte Culpepper*
6. Tiki Barber*
7. Jamal Lewis*
8. Terrell Owens
9. Randy Moss
10. Peyton Manning*
11. Clinton Portis*
12. Chris Brown
13. Corey Dillon
14. Marvin Harrison
15. Torry Holt
16. Deuce McAllister
17. Donovan McNabb
18. Curtis Martin
19. Willis McGahee
20. Javon Walker
12 RB, 3 QB, 5 WR... yeah, sounds about right. One team wouldn't have a keeper, the Moss team has Culpepper, and the TO team has Tiki -- 1 QB, 1 WR, 7 RB as keepers is, come to think of it, exactly what we had this year.
